How does the card work?
You earn SCR Rewards points—a stamp on your reward card—each time you order tickets by phone, in person and online. If you order by phone or online, your card will be stamped when you pick up tickets at the Box Office. Any single ticket valued at $20 or more qualifies for one stamp. When you collect five ticket stamps, you'll get a sixth ticket for free. NOTE: Some restrictions apply. Not applicable to subscription and group tickets.
What if I printed my tickets at home?
Simply present your tickets at the Box Office on the day of your performance and receive stamps for your purchased tickets.
What are the restrictions?
Free tickets cannot be redeemed for A Christmas Carol or Theatre for Young Audiences or Nicholas Studio shows. The Rewards Card deal is not applicable to subscriptions, previously purchased tickets and group tickets. It cannot be redeemed for any special events outside of the Segerstrom Stage series or Julianne Argyros Stage series. Tickets booked using an SCR Rewards card are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Which free seat will I receive?
Our Ticket Services staff will seat you in the best available seat in Section A or B. Section P seating is not available with this offer. Complimentary tickets have limited availability. We recommend booking in advance. To see options for seating, check out each stage's seating chart.
What do I have to buy to get my card stamped?
Purchase any non-subscription ticket valued at $20 or more—regardless of the stage—and receive one stamp for each eligible ticket. The card may not be redeemed to purchase a ticket to A Christmas Carol or Theatre for Young Audience shows, but when you purchase tickets to any of our other productions, you may receive a stamp for each ticket valued at $20 or more.
How do I redeem my card?
Once you’ve collected five stamps, bring your card to the Box Office to make arrangements for your free ticket. Cards may only be redeemed in person at the Box Office. We need to collect your completed Rewards Card at the time you arrange for your free ticket. SCR Rewards Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Sorry: we do not retroactively stamp cards and we do not keep track of how many stamps you may have received.
Does the SCR Rewards Card expire?
Yes—you'll find the expiration date printed on the front of your card.
May I use my SCR Rewards Card to pay for part of my subscription?
No. Your SCR Rewards card applies only to single tickets, not to subscription tickets.
Do SCR Rewards Cards apply to group ticket purchases?
No, group ticket purchases do not qualify for a card stamp.
If I’m a subscriber and I sometimes buy additional single tickets, may I collect stamps on a SCR Rewards Card?
Are there any fees associated with redeeming my card?
Since you need to redeem your card in person at the Box Office, there are no fees associated with your free ticket.
How many SCR Rewards Cards may I use in a season?
There is no limit to the number of cards you can fill up within a season.
