CONSERVATORY REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES


Who May Register

Registration is open to the general public in both our Kids and Teen Programs (Grades 3-12, ages 8-18) and Adult Program (ages 18+).

Registration and Cancellations

All registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Registrations will be accepted until the class is full, or until the end of the first day ​of our Summer Programs or during the first 2 weeks of our Kids and Teen classes and/or Adult classes, whichever comes first.

Class confirmations: After your order is processed, you will receive an email from BoxOffice@scr.org that confirms your registration. You will also receive an email confirmation at least one (1) week before the class begins. For Kids and Teen classes, new students will receive a mailed packet with first-day information along with a parent handbook when you register.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In this instance, any tuition paid will be refunded in full. A class may be canceled if the class enrollment minimum is not reached ​by to two (2) business days before start of the class. You may transfer to another class, depending upon availability, and transfer your registration fees from the canceled class to the other class if you do so within a week of the cancellation.

Returned checks: A $25 service charge will be attached to any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.

Other Information

  • South Coast Repertory is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.
  • Kids and Teen students in our year-long programs are expected to attend all scheduled classes and scene partner rehearsals on time and ready to work. Repeated non-compliance without notification may result in dismissal from class without refund.

REFUND POLICY

Kids, Teens and Adult Classes Refund Policy
If you cancel before class begins, we will refund tuition, less a $25 processing fee per class. If you cancel within one (1) week after the first class meeting, we will refund half of the tuition amount. After the second class meeting, no refund will be given whether or not the student was in attendance. REFUND POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Kids and Teen Summer Programs Refund Policy
You may cancel up to one week BEFORE the start date of the class and ​will be subject to a $25 PER CLASS DROP FEE. Due to the limited number of spaces available in our classes, NO REFUNDS will be issued one week prior ​to the class or after the start of the class, whether or not child was in attendance. REFUND POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
